Covid- 19 is a contagious virus that can be passed from one person to another. It is a cardiovascular disease that targets the human lungs, this disease mostly targets senior citizens and those who has low immune system, it's a worldwide disease that kills a lot in just span of 3 years. There are many ways to protect yourself from this invisible disease and one of those is ¹putting a facemask and face shield, ²avoid crouds and maintain social distancing when you go outside, this are just two of those alternative ways to protect yourself especially when you are working outside.
