There are big differences between Enhanced community quarantine and general community quarantine. In ECQ,home quarantine is strictly implemented in a household while in GCQ 18-59 year old are allowed to go out. Mass gatherings are not allowed in ECQ but it is allowed in GCQ but with restrictions. GCQ allowed public transportation with limited passengers only but it in not allowed in ECQ. Under ECQ Restaurants are closed for dine in transactions and there are limited movement to services and work. However,in GCQ restaurants are allowed to operate with 70% dine-in capacity and there is permissive socio-economic activites with minimum public health standards. Indeed, there are lots of differences at the standard between the two community Quarantine enforced.
