Preserving my rights as a person is as easy as protecting the others. By starting disciplining myself, I can protect my rights and dignity as a person. Change starts within me and when that change is disseminated I can protect the others. Respecting myself helps me find my purpose as a member of the society, I can be a model of good deeds such as simply obeying the law, helping others in need and doing things that promotes awareness.
