Trust, that is one of the values for that is the first thing to give to your partners because if you are in doubt that she/he is not capable of such performance the output of both your tasks will come out bad and it might lead also unsuccessfully because there is no trust. Discipline, each member should have self-discipline for them to work together smoothly. A strong and cohesive group creates processes that allow them to cooperate smoothly and finish performance on time. Working together allows individuals to become more aware of their personal capabilities as well as the capabilities of their member allowing them to plan and execute the performance more easily.
