Define first what bullying is. Bullying is the use of force, coercion, intimidation and power to dominate another [usually weaker] person. If it happens once it isn't bullying yet. Bullying is a repetitive behavior with the bully intending to dominate.

And then cite an example of bullying.

From the example, explain the effect of bullying to the person being bullied.

Then the effect of bullying to the bully.

Add probable cause of bullying from the example. (Let's say, the bully has a family problem and he takes it out on his weaker classmates as his only way to cope with his family problem)
