because probably they might think that the vaccine has side effects and probably dont want to experience that and another reason is that the vaccine might be fake and all. third reason is some people think that the vaccine  are bad drugs and as they said; "we dont take drugs.". and the fourth reason is they're probably disgusted by the way it looks. and the last but not least reason is that the ingredients are probably poisonous that they think if they take the vaccine; it would cost them. thats all
