I think the country provides the high percentage of rice production in year 2019 and 2020 compared to the past years because Covid 19 started on 2019 and rice is very needed because there are many people that are hungry and others can't buy some rice so other rich or generous people help poor peoples and they buy many sacks of rice and give to the poor ones...(My opinon only)
