I need to be concerned about the needs of those who are suffering because God teaches me to be merciful and loving like Him. If God has MERYCY, how about us? We can be as merciful like God because we are just human and it nurtures my personal relationship with Him because that is what he wants. He wants us to be a good follower/human/person and lastly, He wants us to be loving, caring and merciful towards our neighbors or co-human.
