Explanation:

I was the one who helped myself cope up with these challenges. I cheer myself up and start loving everything about me especially my flaws and imperfections. I also start distancing myself from people who don't care and decided to leave my friend group. I cut off people who I don't need in my life. I also learned how to express and love myself.
