Bias, I can avoid being bias if I will look to the point of view of the both sides, being neutral, and fair for making a judgement.

Prejudging, I can avoid it if I will not judge them, on little informations that I know. I would rather search, or ask the full details or a reason, why he/she did that. And thats a judgement follows. And there is a saying, Don't judge by the book only by its cover, meaning we mustn't judge anyone as what we see or just a little info about them.
