The sturdy main straw represents the wind pipe or trachea, the two straw branches which is connected to the main straw is the bronchi, the two small balloons inside is the lungs, the stretched cellophane or rubber at the bottom of the container is the diaphragm and the whole container where you placed the straw and the two small balloons is the chest cavity.
