The summary of the Gettysburg address is that Abraham Lincoln delivered a speech in front of everyone about how the people should respect the dead soldiers for their bravery, and they should continue what the soldiers have left in the war that was 4 scores and 7 years ago. They should honor them and have faith that one day they will be free and all the people will be equal, no more fighting. He wants to end the war immediately, for many people are taking much suffering about it.
