slope intercept equation formula is
y = mx + b
where m is the slope
and b is the y- intercept
intercept form equation is
x/a + b/y = 1
where a is the x intercept
and b is y intercept
if you want example
for slope intercept
y = -3x + 2
for intercept form
2x/3 + y /2 = 1

just put a number you want to any of the equations that satisfy the equation and be careful what number you will use to your equation because maybe it is difficult to graph.
