People should be educated on the issue of overpopulation. Family planning should be encouraged in all countries of the world and everyone should have the rights to contraceptive and even abortion in special cases. Governement should tax people on the number of kids they have. The larger the brood; the bigger the payment. this will really make people think twice before having a big family.
