I always be a leader in any tasks, so when a member of my group is not doing his or her assigned tasks these are what I do:

I ask them if they are my member or not. If they say Yes I will say, "So PLEASE do the task you are assigned." And if they do, "Thank you."

If No I will say, "Please always respect the leader."

If that will not do.

I will tell the teacher. OR

I will pretend to cry. OR

I will list their names at a paper. OR

I will tell their parents.

The first one is better, being kind can solve any problem. :)))
