i dont really know if this is the right answer. but i just calculated it so heres a little explination. China - 4 Russia - 3.17 so i added these two and the answer is - 7.17 so this is what i did next 13.97 - 7.17 (i minused it) and the answer is 6.8 so that is where i get the 6.8
