Yes it does affect my studies. Because i stay on my phone most of the time and i barely have anytime for my studies.

As a student, I figured that spending too much time on social media affects my academic performance; it decreases my level of productivity as it hinders me from doing even simple tasks due to distractions. Not only does it affect my studies, but it has also taken a toll on my health; being exposed and maximizing your screen time on your phone causes it's radiation to strain the eye and cause pain, hence why most supposedly experience headaches after a long day of surfing through the internet.
