No. After a quick glance at the site I noticed not one but two advertisements. One for a "shop" to help support DHMO, and then a amazon.com advertisement featuring a DVD entitled South Park and Philosophy. I wouldn't trust this website unless I found information about it from another (reliable) source.

Knowing that dihydrogen monoxide is just another word for H2O, or 2 hydrogen and 1 oxygen, and since they are talking about how deadly it could be, I do not think this is a site that is very credible. But then on the other hand, I could be totally wrong. If I took the time to research carefully the evidence, then maybe I could come up with a better more trustworthy answer. But for the most part, I doubt the sites information.
