Stress can affect our brain procedure in terms of perceiving and dealing with our problems and traumatic experiences due to it's one of the reasons why a person is capable of thinking further negative thoughts and notions. When a person is stressed about something, it results in that person's brain being aimlessly running and makes things risky for him/her to think creatively. It can disrupt synapse legislation, stemming from the loss of conviviality and the departure of intercourses with others. Stress can slay brain cells and straight lessen the quantity of the brain. Base on my experience, stress is a really difficult thing to handle. It allows us to think less than we do and introduces fear to us.
