It's prioritizing agriculture, co'z some people now a days don't know the importance of agriculture, and the government don't support the agriculture enough. That's why the other workers decided to change their work instead of planting because of low salary. The agricultural land decreases in a past decade, so that we need to import products from another countries. We experience hunger, flash floods because of cutting trees.
