Positive:

3. Volcanic eruption causes the energy from Earth to rise; thus, businesses like hot springs and spas may thrive there.
Negative:
1. Volcanic eruption causes vast damage in the lives of people, agriculture and infrastructure.
2. During the eruption of a volcano, the ashes and the smoke that it releases pollute the air, water and land that may cause long-term consequences. It also damages the ozone layer.
