To use two point form, you must first think of what is missing, the two point form always finds the right equation for that specific slope. To find the equation, follow the formula:
y-y1=m(x-x1)
Remember:
You are always with a slope, and coordinates
That is the formula. Lemme give you an example =):
Find the equation of the line that passes through (4,5) with slope 3
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-5=3(x-4)
y-5=3x-12
-3x+y=-7
Multiply it by -1 because its better if its positive (the x)
3x-y=7
That is the equation, hope that helps a lot =)
