The easiest way of solving division of fractions is by multiplying.
Example
Lets use this symbol "/" as a division symbol. Wala kasing division symbol
Step 1: Right the problem :)
[tex]\frac{3}{5} / \frac{4}{7} [/tex]
Step 2: Reverse
[tex] \frac{3}{5} x \frac{7}{4} [/tex] As you can see, we replaced division with multiplication, with that we will reverse the right side from [tex] \frac{4}{7} to \frac{7}{4} [/tex] because of multiplication.
Lets prove:
[tex] \frac{3}{5} / \frac{4}{7} = \frac{3}{5} x \frac{7}{4} [/tex]
1.05 = 1.05
There is other way of solving this though, but I highly recommend this technique.
