The survey showed that 30% of Filipinos “strongly agreed” while 23% “somewhat agreed” with the proposal to legalize divorce for irreconcilably separated couples, for a total of 53%. The survey results also showed that 32% of Filipinos did not agree to legalizing divorce. The Philippines also has no divorce except for among Muslims and when a Filipino is divorced from a foreign spouse. But in my opinion, i think you should be able to divorce your husband/wife cause for example, what if the so called "lover" that you married with cheated, or is a abuser and so many more. I mean its only right for YOU and if u have a family, its only right for the both of u and your children to have a better lover, and a better parent!
