Even though there are also Rizal Monuments located in Cagayan De Oro but this one in Plaza Divisoria, Cagayan de Oro is different from other monuments of neighboring town because Rizal doesn’t hold anything unlike the other monuments who were holding things like book and he is just standing there while doing gesture. Overall, the Rizal Monument in Plaza Divisoria is similar to the Rizal Monument in other neighboring town whom we reflect as our national hero.

For me the monument is overshadowed because if you will visit the place where it is located there are a lot of buildings was built and constructed around the area and it is higher or bigger than the Rizal monument built in Plaza Divisoria..
