ken excitedly got up one saturday morning because it was the day that he and his friends would bike around the village.
As he got up,he could hear the sound of rain. He immediately looked out of the window and saw that it was dark, and no one was to be found outside. he went back to bed frustrated about the unfortunate day. He grumpliy laid down and though of going back to sleep when he heard his mother's voice.
"kent aren't you up yet? Breakfast is ready. Come down and eat with us. Your father and your sister are already in the kitchen."
