It's so important to bleed the bird (like chicken, fowls, or turkeys, etc) properly because if you don't the blood will show on the dressed body of these birds like red dots which later turn to dark red and then bluish or violet which gonna look like bruises, so because of these, people or buyers will hesitate not to buy them because they don't look nice, they're like double-dead or something...so because of this, the poultry producers might incur losses because the people won't be buying their poultry products especially birds' meat.
