I don’t know about this philosophy, so maybe someone who does can answer. But in the little bit I read, I don’t agree with it.
In my view, human’s are not superior or smarter than animals. We are different and have different intelligence, but it does not mean that me are superior. So, animals should have rights, be protected, and cared for. All of life is sacred.
I also believe the earth itself to be alive, and trees, rivers, mountains, oceans, everything. We have such a beautiful planet, and yet we are destroying it. In the end, the earth will survive and regenerate over time. It is us, and sadly animals that may very well die off.
Our greed, desire for power, and materialism are killing us. If we don’t wake up and realize what really matters, (the earth, nature, and other humans) we most likely will destroy ourselves. Sadly, we have gone down the wrong path.
