1. Yes. I feel so annoyed towards them but I chose to treat them nicely because it won't gain me anything good if I would fight back or else the trouble will grew bigger.

2. Yes, of course. Because people like them needs to understand how the victims would feel afterwards. It is better not to get involved with such nonsense and irrelevant mess and better work with improving our own lives.
