There are four windows of personality by johari window. First window is the Public Self. everyone knows about his/her personality. He/she is too public about their personality. The second window is the Private self. He/she is too private about their self. They talk little about their personality, you know about yourself but others didn't know. The third window is the blind self. It signifies that everyone know about yourself but you did not know about yourself. Example : I claim myself to be an ugly. But everyone might considered you as a cool person. The fourth window is the Unknown or undiscovered Self. This stands that no one of you know yourself. This unknown self may be discovered someday. But this might be a good and bad things.. :)
