1.Light
Denotative: A. Something that makes vision possible.
B. The sensation aroused by stimulation of the visual receptors.
C. Electromagnetic radiation of any wavelength that travels in a vacuum with a speed of 299,792,458 meters (about 186,000 miles) per second specifically; such radiation that is visible to the human eye.
Connotative: Light is a source of illumination, whether a natural one (like the sun) or an artificial one (like your lamp). Like light itself, the word can take a lot of different forms- it cam be a noun, an adjective, or a verb, and it can mean "bright" or "not heavy".
2.Blue
Denotative: Blue (color blue)
Connotative: Blue (feeling sad)
3.Twilight
Denotative: The light from the sky between full night and sunrise or between sunset and full night produced by diffusion of sunlight through the atmosphere and it's dust also : a time of twilight.
Connotative: An intermediate state that is not clearly defined lived in the twilight of neutrality.
4.Banana
Denotative: A banana is a curved, yellow fruit with a thick skin and soft sweet flesh.
Connotative: To "go bananas" is a slangy way of saying "go crazy" or act ridiculous, and if someone refers to the "top banana", they mean the most important person in a particular group.
5.Storm
Denotative: Just means literal meaning. So a "storm" is an event of precipitation, often accompanied by wind.
Connotation: The feeling and association of the word "storm". It generally has a negative, hectic connotation, and is associated sadness, chaos, hardship or foreboding omens.
