Considering that culture and is in play here, the highlands would be quite different considering the traditions and cultures that they have built over their history, and the fact that they were not that influenced by outside norms and cultures from another countries play a major role as well. The lowlands however is very much the opposite, with the people there interacting with new concepts as well as introducing foreign cultures, which can be seen in their attire.

First of all people from the highlands and lowlands are different. We have different cultures and beliefs. In the highlands some of our known ethnic attires are tapis(women) and bahag(men). The tapis and bahag has different patterns and colors depending on what province you are from. While in the lowlands they have kimona and barong tagalog. (sorry I'm ending it here, I ran out of ideas. I hope this gives you and idea)

Just like in the lowlands. one famous tourist attraction here is baguio city. I am somewhere near from Baguio so I know this. We are updated to social media naman po and the fashion trends, and just so you know fashion trends are very different from (ethnic)attires. Attires are usually fine or formal clothing. It's just sad that some people think that ppl from the highlands are like cave mans/womans who knows nothing about modernization.
