Orpheus' greatest strength is his extraordinarily powerful and irresistible music. Anybody who hears his music shall obey and give what he ask for. His music can turn inanimate objects to live and animate ones. His music is absolutely powerful even against a God. On the other hand, his weakness is his dead wife , his love for her and his depression upon the untimely demise of Eurydice. He is not capable of balancing his emotions and he can not rationalize properly if he is in pain because that is what happen to him when he lose his wife.
