These are only small flaws but still didn't escape from the tight quality check of the manufacturing department. These goods may be given or sold to the public for a very low price with great discount instead of being discarded. These are being returned to the manufacturer from the retailer and even wholesaler. These goods have big discounts however they don't guarantee a functional item quality like those goods that passed the quality check.
