first of all the major causes of your stress is your difficult problems - and its effects is not good because it can ruin your daily life.
secondly, the anxiety disorder. the anxiety is a problem that only exist in our minds that are not really happened yet. it can cause stress in our mind.
and lastly,stress caused by depressions and being unhappy. do what you can do to fight it. you'll realize the effects of it is when you feel some symptoms of nausea(feeling sick)
