This approach will aim to pinpoint the root cause of the behavior of the alleged bully, and also prevent nay negative emotional impact of the experience to the victim.
2. Preventive
Some methods may include:
- Seminar/special lectures about the effects of bullying to one's self. This will point out that in a case of bullying, the bully is also affected in the process, not only the bullied person.
- Team building activities among students. This will promote better harmony in the relationship between students.
There can be more, technical approaches, like implementing stricter policies when it comes to confirmed cases of bullying, but this kind of approach has the tendency to further antagonize the alleged bully, instead of "curing" the problem that led to it.
