Normally people who want to go to a diet eat fruits and vegetables, last time my sister ate 2 apples a day, and slowly becoming 1 apple a day each morning. At lunch she orders vegetables with rice, mostly brown rice because as they say brown rice burns more calories than ordinary rice, although its not that soft compared to the normal one. At dinner she eats before 6 pm because they say that you gain more weight if you eat after 6 pm. Hope this helps =)
