Graphical Solution to System of Linear Inequalitues
Objective: To graph system of linear inequalities.
Aim: to locate the overlapping region of the system of linear inequalities.

Note:
Draw a 10 counts Cartesian plane.
Graph the system of linear inequalities ;
y > x - 3
y is at most 3x + 3

Step by step procedure:
1. Graph the first linear inequalities in the Cartesian plane y > x - 3
2. Change the inequality symbol into = sign.
3. Solve for the x and y intercepts.
4. Plot these intercepts on the Cartesian plane
5. Connect these points using a plane divider.
6.Using a test point (ordered pair) preferably the origin (0, 0) check which half plane is to shade as the solution of the inequality.
7. Using a color shade the region of the solution of the inequality.
Now you are ready to graph the second inequality.
8. On the same Cartesian plane graph the inequality
y is at most 3x + 3.
9. Repeat steps 2 to 6 but using the second inequality.
10. Using another color shade the region of solution of the inequality.
11. Answer the questions given.​
