I’m not certain, but I think that a lot of chemistry stops working in the way we expect. Atoms and molecules are continually exchanging energy between electron orbits and vibrational modes and at least some of these exchanges are mediated by photons. No photons means that those modes are cut off, so we get new chemistry, or possibly no chemistry. I expect that this would include the biochemistry in our bodies - which means instant death for all of us.
Oh, I’ve only just realised. Electrons are attracted to atomic nuclei, and repelled from each other, via the em field. So there are no more atoms, no matter (as we know it) and certainly no people.
