Literature helps by exposing the reader to various point of views of protagonists and antagonists alike. Readers come to explore other worlds, ideas and feelings by reading literary works. Also, not just reading but writing as well. Through writing literature, the writer can express his or her own individuality thus he or she can discover his or herself.
